The Jackson Rally GC light bar has been installed on the Project RS. Thanks goes out to Kyle (06drtywgn) for spending his free sunday working on my car to get this done. His attention to detail really shines through here.

Custom plates had to be fabricated to allow the light bar to bolt into the main bumper beam with two bolts. This bar is on so solid you can rock the whole car by it (possibly pull it too...) Were still thinking of ideas regarding cutting the bumper a bit more and inserting a removable plug to allow us to quickly add and remove the light bar between day / night stages.

Take a look at these insane welds! These tabs were custom sized to fit the base of the HID’s perfectly. The lights have enough contact area to be mounted very solid.
