Some major progress is being made on the Project Rally RS this week, big thanks goes out to Jackson Rally for really buckling down on our little PGT beast! Most of the main bars are already in, holes in the floor have already been cut so that the top of the cage could be welded.

Soon the RS roof skin will be replaced with a solid piece that I bought from a guy who had it shipped over from Japan. This is to work around the rule that states rally cars cannot have sunroofs. Rather than weld the thin roof skin (which I have been told is pretty difficult) we figured why not go this route, and while were at it put in a sexy RA roof vent. Maybe we’ll even get a roof scoop for it…
