Tapped a tree on a L3- n.c. on SS1 and lost the “correct” functioning of my door and the rear window (pic above). We reset and went like stink after that. Finished 2nd on every stage until late in Day 2 where I was a bit late calling a R4 short into L3 > and the gearbox locked up when J forced a 3-2 shift. We lost almost 4 minutes sitting on the side of the road until it unlocked itself and we could finish. That dropped us from 2nd OA to 4th OA.

We came back out of service swinging and clawed our way back to 3rd by winning the last two stages of the event (Donnelly, in 1st place, was having turbo issues and lost power on the last 2 stages).

We mathematically clinched the NASA Rally Sport Atlantic Rally Cup Overall Championship for the 2nd year in a row so we can wear that #1 again next year.
