I would think so! Looks like front end damage which means you could either have it straightened or lop off the front from the firewall forward and graft new flame rails in.

Having built a car from a scrap heap like above let me chime in and say its not worth it. You will spend more money on scrap parts that you just never think of. clips, snaps, fuses, etc. If you had a few junked subarus in your back yard already then you're probably going to make out ok. Otherwise just find a salvaged car that has everything and go from there.

$60 brembo oem style replacement rotors for gd/gg wrx's on tire rack. i'll probably order some this week to replace the front rotors on the wagon.
