So after work today I decided to take Kyle's advice and disconnect the swaybars and go out for a little off road action...and I don't think I want to hook them back up again
Anyway...on to the pics... ![]() ![]() What I had to go through to get up there... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Oh...and I found a new little friend while I was out there ![]()

For me those last 2 pics would have involved me standing on the roof of the car with my zoom lens at full zoom!

No zoom lens...I took all of these with my cell phone
Theres plenty of places to get some speed up, but the roads to get up to that butte are pretty gnarly. I'm pretty sure that if I had been at stock ride height I would have bent/smashed/destroyed several things under my car on the way up. Tires are Geolander A/T-S's in 215/65R16 |

Glad you took my advise to see the full potential of your car without sways (recommended only for off-road use) Its amazing how much better your car does when you allow the suspension to actually move independently. Now you need a real lift kit....LOL

Yeah, it's the ones on the east side of Cal City Blvd between 58 and town
This thread just reminded me that I need to stop by a pet store on the way home from work and get a bigger cage for Bob (the tarantula) |

just don't put one that size and two the size of a silver dollar in a tank together, separated by cardboard, you'll get home (in my case it was back in jr high, could be work, a jog, etc) and find that the big one tore down the wall and ate the other two. So he got to fight the scorpion from my other tank.
