YES!!! 31x10.50x15 BFG AT at first. Then when I can get a set they will be BFG BAJA TA's which have a really stiff sidewall.
Current tires are 215/75/15 (27.8'')

Umm well the windshield was cracked, and is now also out. So out with the windshield and in with the cage.

As far as design it will be very occupant friendly.....still seat 4 people. I will be using .120wall for the main bars and a design propably not seen before to make it strong without an "X" behind driver and codriver.

And I'm waiting on some sweet machined parts for my new rear knuckles.

that is true, but it shouldnt read too much off. stock cherokee tire size is 225 or atleast thats what mine was and with 35's on it the speedo was only reading around 7mph off

Yes. I was already up to 5mph off with the other tires I had on there. I go off of my GPS for the speedometer.
