been savin up some money for a while to get new rims, looked around and decided i wanted the team dynamics prorace1. Sent an email to Paul Eddleston asking about offset sizes and such. Got a quick reply and all the info i needed so there's the first +1. He gave me a choice of taking the last set of prorace1's he had at 48 offset (one however was 49 for some reason, he assured me this was no issue) or if i wanted to wait a few weeks he could set me up with a used set +2 for choices ;). i went with the new set because i was hoping to get them in time for a rallyx event. Sent the money, done deal, get the rims week before event.
week before event i get another email saying there was a misunderstanding in the warehouse and they couldn't find the other rim. but Paul had a solution, he would give me a set of prorally1's (the rims i really wanted but was too cheap to go for) plus some lug nuts for the price i already payed.
+3000000000!!!
he was sorry to say he couldn't get them to me in time for the event but its ok because the event was canceled anyway.

anyways i just wanted to say that this was the best customer service i have ever received from any company. Kept me updated all the way and went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Team Illuminata:headbang:

So if any of you are thinking about buying new rims or anything they have on there site then do it, you wont be disappointed at all :)

Thanks for the review Fenix. I personally have done quite a bit of business with Team Illuminata and am very happy to have them as a vendor on DirtyImpreza.

Thanks for the kudos. You guys are awesome.

Used Rally Tires FTW. We can't keep 'em in stock these days. Out right now but expecting another load within a week or two. We do have some mounted on Pro Rally 1 wheels though. (http://www.teamilluminata.com./Shop/Used/used.htm)
BTW EQuincu-Orcha. as I'm British we prefer to kick ARSE :lol2:

I can also say Paul over at TIM is a good guy to hook up with on parts, super helpful with ordering the Braids for the panda, as well as some other rims for the misses car. Looking forward to future business and more involvement.

Thanks again to Paul at TIM. He has been very helpful with questions about parts and fitment. Great service from a company that I can't do business with in person.

Oh...and my Braid wheels showed up. Woo Hoo!

im sure its probably not needed, but i came in here to post another + review about TI.

they helped me out on a good deal for my rallyX tires. which turned out great (only got to use 2 of 4 had wheel fitment issues), but still.. top notch guys.
