[I Like It Sideways]

What a great event. It was a tad slippery in the morning. But it dried up and got tacky. Course became incredibly fast, hitting 40-45mph easily in the STi. Driving that was an amazing experience. Thanks again Phil (Weasel Rallysports) for letting me drive that, I can't thank you enough. I have a completely new respect for those who do drive STi's competitively. They require a lot more persistence and persuasion than my RS. But once you tame the beast... the potential and capability to go where you want it to go, how fast, sideways or not...is just breathtaking. I was shaken up after almost every run from the adrenaline...
We also celebrated the land-owner's birthday. What could be better than celebrating your birthday than to host a rallycross? What a great time. Thanks for those who came out, it was amazing. I can only hope to make the August 18th event.

Crown Vic... that was a first to see and drive. That thing floats over anything we threw at it. Thanks Kyle for bringing that out for the fun runs!!

That picture is so awesome! I love crownvics... My buddy used to have one. It owned with its airbag suspension.

Lol. That definitely counts. Your car is amazing. The Crown Vic was a lot of fun too. I may bring it to the Aug. 18th event if we're not puting a cage in it by then.

Good ol' stinky lake Lakengren. I have lived out there a couple times. There is at least one race a month in West Alexandria. I have also been to one of the Detroit races. Do you ever get out this way?

yeah I come back at least once a year for a few weeks. I am moving to KY in the next year or so then I will be home every weekend. Thats pretty cool that there is a place in west alex I didnt know that I will check it out next time I come back.
