SUGGESTION for a new "section"

ok so when we leave spotted cards and if/when they come to di.com (http://di.com/) they go to the home page...i was thinking it would be a decent idea to have a "HAVE YOU BEEN SPOTTED?" section that lets people(current members) say what cars they have spotted, where it was and when it was. Maybe the spot for this whould be on the home page and would possibly link them to the forum?
