Coming from the service industry and running a call center where customer service is paramount I felt compelled to touch briefly on the subject of Rally Armor's customer service.

It. Is. Brilliant.

The gentleman, who's name escapes me, was pleasant when answering the phone, extremely knowledgeable about the products, spent the time to find out how I use my vehicle and which product would fit best into the life of my vehicle. Offered to place the order online for me, which I declined, call me to let me know he had received the order.

Order placed.

5 minutes later the phone rings:

"Hi Tristram? Yep, just wanted to call to let you know we've received the order and I'm boxing it up right now. We'll have it shipped today."

Fantastic. Keep up the good work.

Thanks guys!

+1,000...RA was instrumental in helping me get critical warranty work done on my Bilstein PSS9's two years after I bought them via RA.

No questions asked...they just did what I needed them to do to get Bilstein to replace a blown strut....FREE

+1 for them as well. Inquired once about how much some replacement hardware would cost as my flaps got ripped off once at a rallyX and needed those special push-pin-tab-thingers. They sent me a set in the mail for free.
