hi i picked up a 93 impreza a couple of months ago with a bad tranny bearing and i finally found a tranny. i can get the new one on within a couple of inches, but it seams like it binds on the lower engine studs. has anyone ever seen this? and is there a way to pull the studs?

also its a ej18, knowing that the early ej's were close i was wondering if anyone knew how well they took to boost?

never mind... parts dont interchange like i thought

if its the 1.8l, it'll take boost (it has some forged internals, cast pistons) but not much since it's a 93...
