getting all my tests done for the state police, moved to a dif town in CT, and drove down to NC/SC to move a friend back up from base as well as have a quick vacation. Im garageless right now but motor is pretty much ready to be droped in. See you at the rally against lukemia on the 24th of Aug? Ill be there new motor or not with a few support trucks in case she blows lol!

It didn't start the rally that way. On the last stage on Friday, they overcooked a corner and rolled it onto it's roof down an embankment (a couple hundred yards past where I was marshalling). The body work got really messed up getting it back up onto the road and onto it's wheels. We gave the co-driver a ride back into town to get the service crew.

Saturday it just kept shedding body panels no matter how much duct tape they applied between stages. :lol:

The driver owns a shop that specializes in vettes, so when he decided to go rallying, that Stingray was sitting around waiting to be abused. Not very competitive, but sure was a crowd favorite.
