so after my last rally in hilsboro oregon my wagon got a mean new sound, the only problem is i didnt do anything to it. turns out that right behind the first cat i think the pipe came off a bit or something because its not sealed up and exhaust is coming out right there. i dont see much of a problem, it sounds awesome. but its really loud in the cab since the sound comes from right underneath me. im thinking about just shooting a straight pipe from the first cat to the back and throw a cherry bomb on it. local muffler shop says for parts and labor it will be about 200 but im goin in for a real estimate soon.
a few questions i have are do you think the price is about right and also would deleting the second cat cause any problems with emissions or anything?

thanksLosing cats is a good thing. more improved response, high end breathing and sound. the second cat wont mess your afr, but might throw a code.
Just go straight catback to a normal muffler. $200 is waaay steep.
