Sure enough, this same car is featured in the latest issue of SubieSport magazine...

I read a bit more about the car, it runs an automatic 4 speed! crazy stuff.

I still have my 5spd swap, but I am going to wait till I crap out the automatic.. I'm still a big fanatic of the auto! ;)

for peeps in california... there was supposed to be a time attack type setup similar to euro-rallycross at Willow Springs this year. I dont know if it ever happened, but basically it was going to be part of the asphalt track and then into dirt.

So like auto/rallycross... i dont know if it ever happened... there were some threads on nastycock about it.

It's not exactly an automatic so much as a "Custom Built Electronic Shift Transmission" apparently :)

Yeah you do! Although according to a buddy of mine who does that stuff a lot, there's lots of Subies out there.. just most of them are engines from wrecked STIs that now live in sand rails :D

One of these days I'll get out there, it looks hella fun.
