is this a factory feature on all impreza's? or is it an upgrade that changes something in the suspension setup?

The "sport tuned" is in comparison to the outback sport suspension. It's lower, not necessarily stiffer, but not a "floating on a cloud in a bowl of pudding" feel like lincolns and such. I can't remember the marketing gibberish for the STI suspension.
Wide track is in comparison to the wagon front end. Only reason its a "feature" is because its a japanese car, and they have a track width tax or some such law in regards to vehicle width.
C/N: It's all a bunch of marketing BS, yes its standard. It's a standard sedan suspension, not a wagon suspension, or an OBS suspension.
