Thanks!
I had a chance to run 7 or 8 events this year rally-x wise and had a blast ,nothing form a placing standpoint to write home about if you know what I mean :D

The Detroit Region SCCA has been growing over the last few years and have grow to over 13 events last year including a two day national event.

I'm going to try to make it out to the national event this year... a few of the WOR guys made it up to a few of the Detroit region's rallyxs.

Your STi looks great! What class do you compete in?

I unfortunatly get stuck in the rally modified class which means I get my butt handed to me by the stage rally cars, but thats alright since it gives me seat time and lots of people to learn from.

Oh noes... I'd love to have a chance to compete against some of the rally cars... I'm sure it helps quite a bit to improve driving technique. I'm in M4 as well.

Let me know when you want to meet in MI for one of the Fowlerville events. My car will be out of comission but I'll still bring the Kumhos up in the RX-8 so we can take on the M4 guys in your car...

Wait, we can still run RPA up there because they like to have a no cat rule!

different car?

Yep! I picked up the '01 in late Aug last year. The '05 was traded in on an '07 Outback for my wife.

Right now it (the '01) has 98k on the clock and needs lots of things, but we'll be going WELL beyond simple maintenance!

Orion!! Glad to have you here!!

I'll take on the guys in M4! I want to see how I compare when put up against rally-prepped cars. I'd be game anytime for a rallyx in Fowlerville. I've got a few more goodies since you've last seen my car :D
But I don't know how my Winterforces would do... Kumhos you say? Which tires?
