i'm trying to find a roof mounted bike rack for my 97 obs but i cant seem to find one that will hold two bikes. does anyone know of a place that has a good rack?

if you have like a port chalet close by they carry yakima... you can check the thule site see if they have anything... im probably going to be selling mine soon but i dont think it will fit your car

Anything Yakima rules. I have the "raptor" bike rack attachment that works very well. Its nice for our beach cruisers because you dont have to take the front wheel off when its on the car.

I believe there are very few car models / applications that yakima does not support.

Yakima here as well with two trays...to carry two bikes!

yeah i looked at yakima its about 400 bucks for 2 racks and locks and hardware :(

I have the thule 517 or something. My BF works at a bike shop so I got everything for two bikes for $220 :)

Yeah dude, they're not cheap. I bought mine new from REI so Ive felt the sting...

Yakima here too! Like Tim said, they're not cheap. I think my whole setup was around $550, and that was a few years ago, so..

I've never had a problem with mine. My BF has thule for his VW as well.
