ok, so my 04' WRX has 39,500 miles on it with orig. stock pads/rotors and the front brakes have been shuddering for the last month or two... then last week the back sensor starting rubbing which made it sound totally getto when I left my house at the /shhh/ quiet time of 5:45am each morning so I stepped up and got some nice Hawk front and rear pads from my friends @ DCH Motorsports - a quik front rotor turn and damn this car stops beautifully now!!
I had some Stop-Tech slotted rotors standing by but my OEM stockers were really ok after the turn so I decided that the $150+ credit back on the card might make the VISA people think I was finally making a payment and cool them down for a few days so I returned em' ;)
