Genesis Racing Development (GRD) in Villa Park, Illinois was having a 50% DynoTunes Special for the month of May. A 2hr tune for Opensource cost me $240!
I have been running Opensource for some time now. I was running on a GetADomTune.com internet tune and I absolutely loved how the car was. Since its an internet tune, I knew that it was not going to be the most perfect and efficient tune in the world. I mean, how close can you really get it without having the car in front of you on a dyno? So since this deal was going on I figured "Why not?" ... I changed a few things since the internet tune anyways so it would be a good idea.
Mods... Basic "Stage 2"
Invidia DP
Perrin UP
SPT CBE
STi TMIC
Group-A LWCP
APS 65mm CAI
I just want to note that my internet tune was with a TurboXS TMIC, and the stock airbox w/ a Green Performance Filter.
Baseline (internet tune):
222hp @ 5600rpm
225ftlbs @ 4300rpm:machinegunleft:
Final tune:
235 hp @ 5400rpm
252ftlbs @ 3600rpm:eek:
Tuning was done on a DynaPack

The car feels AMAZING now! What a difference that little bit of power makes! 13hp and 27ftlbs for $240 FTW!!! Best money spent on the car so far! He even leaned it out a little while cruising to get me a few more MPG. More power and better MPG FTW! :headbang:
BTW.. The tuner Tuan said that Dom's tune on my car was WAY smoother then ANY OTS Cobb map he has ever seen.
