Uploading Avatar Issue

I am getting a debug mode message when I try to upload an avtar onto the site from iwsti.com I use the same pic on another site.

I will take a look at this ASAP. Thanks for your patience.

I think this explains the red-x's for avatars right now. I may disable them until i can figure out what is wrong.

EDIT: Local / Uploaded Avatars currently disabled (Offsite / Linked avatars is OK though)

thats weird, i just disabled the ability to upload them, or use any gallery avatars.

Did you upload yours? or is it linked?
