Thanks guys! the story behind it is i was driving at one of the local rallycrosses (GH2 for the cali folks) and on the backside of this loop there was a big sandy patch. During the course of the day, the 2WD classes rutted the crap out of the sand and it made a 6"-10" shelf on the inside line.

So rather than try to take that head on, i kept going wide and just plowed through the loose stuff. Slower, but lots of fun, and it saved the car from potential front end damage.
