can any one give me a good step by step install maybe with pics for a new turbo install?

It is fairly easy. Here is a quick run down.

1. remove tmic
2. remove turbo heat shield
3. remove downpipe
4. remove coolant & oil lines to turbo
5. remove turbo inlet from turbo
6. pull turbo.
7. opposite of that 1-6

You will need 3/8 wrachet, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm sockets, wratchet extension, 14mm wrench, pb blaster.
