Just in case some people haven't heard yet, there will be a series for rallycross in the Sacramento area for 2007. Starting with 2 events back to back, April 29th and May 6th, for the start of the season. After the Hangtown MX race, kinda big deal for the park, we will plan the rest of the season with the Prairie City OHV people and coincide with the Formula RallyX program out of the Bay area.

For more info go to www.csccautox.org and www.swrallyx.com for FRX event info.

Hope to see lots o Subies out there gettin dirty.

Uhhh, no, we get to play in good ol fashion earth. Good mix of clay also, so the rutting experienced in Nebraska isn't as detrimental. But alas, we also like to play with the water truck and the tractor to keep the conditions consistent throughout the event, hopefully :) . I just have a hard time waiting patiently for the 29th to get here.

Well, the class breakdown is actually scca's. But, yeah if you have those kinds of mods, you'd be running in the rally mod classRMA. Which is why I brought up the point for class additions, one for scca and one for CRS. In reality you should be in a Rally Mod Street tire class with scca as you are in CRS events.

In theory my club could just create that class as part of our own series anyway, but I don't want to encourage people to modify their cars for a class that, by anyones rules doesn't exist yet.

now we have 50 entrants for the April 29th event  , still lots of more left for the May 6th event. 8)

Can't wait, see everyone out there.
