The Director's name is Helmut Deimel.

Doing a search, the official title of the film seems to be "Evolution of Rallying - Fifty Years Sideways" - although the title in the video itself is shown as "The Evolution of the Drift Angle"

I searched for it last night too and all I could find was the euro format DVDs, I wonder if my computer will play it?
