Yes, these are the Fastline mud flaps (http://stylizedfacts.com/STi/2005/10/mud_flaps.html).

Looks like you trimmed yours a bit for a tidier fit.
They also make good curb feelers when parking !

I am probably going to replace them this year. and I like the fastline flaps since they are wider than the rallyarmor.
