Its too bad this put him out of the rally. Poor guy.
But thats a part of rally.

Our driver/co-driver said that when they passed him and christian, they were dancing around the car with the O.K. sign

I almost nailed a deer last year in the 0 car. Thats nutty that he hit one

Christian said he could hear the valves breaking as the engine died. Said the radiator was pushed back 7-8 inches as well

hahah hitting deer in wisconsin is a everyday thing! haha my mom was driver her silverado around a corner on a hwy and 6 deer ran in front of her.. she hit all of them! lol it was crazy!, and my old drivers ed teacher once hit a cow! haha also we have problems with them just running into the cars lol stupid deer!

The worst I have hit was a fox. Went right under the car. The bumpers on the Baleno(Esteem) are very thick. They can take alot of abuse. Saw it going 80mph at night, Just hear a thumb and under it went. My father has hit a deer. Hit a baby deer durning a winter on unplowed streets in Illinois. He said he hit it and then flew up into the air high enough to see under it where it was higher than the roof line on the car. Right after sent him into a spin and ended up in a ditch. He only bent the hood a little, broke the gill, and crushed the fender in a bit. It was in a 1985 Toyota Corolla. No way you could do that and not get alot of damage in a newer car.

i think they may have needed to put a new drivers seat in tooo, it was that bad, i wonder.....WWCMHD (what would colin mcrae have done) in this situation, i think he would have somehow, magically missed the deer and went on to win the race, or maybe he would have rolled the car over trying to avoid the deer. i dont know, just somethin to ponder i guess

lol nice, yea, illinois I terrible about deer too... I was shootin down a run from work one night, like 75 in a 55 and slammed on the brakes when I saw the eyes up the road... 'bout caught a couple of them but they ran along side of me... weird thing is the same thing happened to my mom a couple nights later and I hadn't told her about my encounter.
