no clue but I know how to for autox... I would think .5 toe out at the rear and about .5 to 1.0 toe in the front.
not knowing how the car is setup and the limitations of the suspension its hard... I always do it for what ever feels right or what you are comfortable with.

I don't know crap about squat, but my car has max camber for the stock setup front and rear. 0 to and 0 lateral camber.

im sure a bit of neg camber in the front will help in just about any hard cornering racing (course i dont know crap about it)

which is?

darn near 0deg camber up front, -0.5-1.0deg rear, 0 toe all around, and caster is not adjustable.

i used my GD withmy AutoX alignment and ran it just fine:

-0.9deg front camber
-1.4deg rear camber (would have taken it out completely if it were legal)
0.10" toe out front
0.15" toe out rear

I need an alignment.
Right now I have the camber in the front set to max which is I think about -1.5 deg? I could be wrong on that. Toe I need to adjust as well.

You would be pretty close. I think anything before '06 you can actually get more than 1 deg. neg. camber. In my '04 I could get -1.4 deg. My settings for auto-x probably won't work for rally-x, but since I don't feel like doing an alignment every weekend, I will just leave it set for auto-x.

-2.0 deg. camber front (camber plates)
-1.5 deg. rear
caster is not adjustable
toe: I can't remember, but I think it's 0 front 1/8 out rear.

This set up works pretty well for regular street driving. Not too agressive where I get tire wear, but still good enough to compete locally in auto-x

Front:
my autoX set up is 1/8 to toe out and max camber using camber plates.

and i backing off the toe out to zero, for street and rallyx.

rear: didn't touch it.

only one time i used my autox setting for rallyx when the course was so tight that i had to use ebrake to swing it around for most corners.

i wouldn't worry to much about alignment/camber for rallyx, but suspension and swaybars play a bigger role..

I think you really shouldn't worry about an aggressive camber / toe setup unless your driving skill and consistency is so good that this would have an adverse affect on your times. (does anyone ever reach this level???)

It would probably just be best to leave it at stock settings (or mild ones) and just focus on getting the car to go where you want it on the dirt. I'm still all over the place to the extent that alignment wouldn't have any affect on my driving performance.

I am going to go with:
-1.5 camber up front
-1.0 in the rear (camber bolts needed)
ZERO toe all around

From all the reasearching that I have done, this appears to be the best street/auto/rallycross set up for a DD.
