Members Journals:

This forum is going to be dedicated to the progress / life of you and your Impreza. Basically, create a thread and use it to document events / mods / changes to your car. Please only one thread per car, and give it a descriptive title!

Once you start a members journal, please be sure to go back into your User Control Panel to update your profile information. You can now have a link under your avatar that will link people to your member journal. Follow these easy steps to set this up:
Click on User CP in the main forum navigation bar.
Click on Edit Profile on the left hand side.
Under Additional Information fill in the fields regarding Car Color, Year, and Model. (This is required)
For My Member Journal you will need to enter the thread number associated with your members journal. Heres how to find it:
Go to your member journal and find the complete URL. For example my members journal is located at http://www.dirtyimpreza.com/forums/showthread.php?t=739 (http://www.dirtyimpreza.com/forums/showthread.php?t=739)
This means the number I would enter for My Member Journal is 739. Your member journal number will be different.
Click on Save Changes and you're done.Go nuts! If you have any questions post them up in here.

Sorry, this is a total noob question... I'm a little confused about how to start a members journal. Do I start a thread first and then add that number to my profile?

ya create a new thread and when your on the thread page the number at the end of the web address is your thread number.
