Looking for a service clock. Ultimate ideal dream would be a dual display with Rally time and a countdown timer. Realistically I am just looking for a large display countdown timer.

Anyone use/have one? Where did you get it? How much did you pay?

what do you mean by 'service clock'? rally computer?

what are you gonna do with a countdown timer on stage?

I am assuming he is refering to a large clock/timer diaplay to use at service... is that correct? One clock for rally time... one as a countdown to let everyone know visually how much time they have. I like to announce how much time we have every couple minutes to remind everyone... a display would be cool though.

We'll try good ol' clock with white board below it giving the out time, that reminds me still need to find the "good ol' clock"

Have a white board on the door of the trailer that is used for info/stuff for the service crew. Expected back time, Service time etc. I am looking for a timer to put next to the board. When we get back to service I will set the time and do my thing.

I don't know if we are still doing it this way at the regionals Bryan, but last time I checked we were running off of those atomic clock thing ma-bobs for official rally time. You can pick them up for super cheap practically anywhere, they have a big LCD display, and they should be automatically synced to rally time. I'd suggest then just writing your time out on the white board directly next to the clock.

My 2 cents

Yes they use an atomic at kananaskis. Good idea about finding a desk clock (atomic). Be nice to find a battery powered.

I found a diy kit that I may be able to build my own timer with a key pad.

Here's my setup:

Mounted on a whiteboard. Below the clock is a kitchen countdown timer.

In/out times written on the whiteboard. Whiteboard hangs from the tent by zipties.
