Has anyone ever attempted to play in a crop field? It was raining yesterday and I had to attempt it. I went for it and got stuck in about 7in or deeper mud. Had to get my friend with a jacked jeep to come pull me out an hour later but I was wondering if this has ever happened to anyone else? I have pix coming soon to show the damage lol. I think I either messed up a wheel bearing or something but I feel serious vibrations about 50mph. My friend said this was from dirt in the wheel but I dont think he has ever played with a subaru lol

goto the nearest diy carwash and blast the crap out of them with the water gun.. then it will go away.. if not then u have issues.. maybe a tie rod..lol

Yeah, I got stuck in a crop field once, used my floor mats to get myself out.
the vibration is prolly from mud stuck to your wheel so it's out of balance, do what andy said and spray it out.

Plenty of people have gotten stuck before, it's nothing new. I would listen to your friend about the mud in the wheel, they may not have a subie, but they know what happens with mud on their car.

+999 on cleaning the mud out of your wheels. Can't say I've gotten stuck in mud though. Stuck in the snow several times, and I've been high centered in the middle of a stream. If cleaning your wheels doesn't completely take care of it then you probably tossed a couple of wheels weights. Unless you really plowed into something I doubt that it is anything more serious. Good luck, can't wait to see pics and Merry Christmas.

I've had "mud in my tires" before. The first time was the worst, I seriously thought I broke something.

been there done that. the question should be "ever go down railroad tracks or in a golf course?"
not recommended. if the police chase you, just remember you are not on a public highway.
clean the mud out the wheels. now and again clean out the corners of the fenders behind the splash skirts and behind the lip of the fenders or you will have rust after a while because mud will stick there and hold moisture

Here's what a lack of low range is good for. 2 more inches of lift, I probably woulda made it. ****ty approach and departure is bad for bumpers.

I've only been stuck in the snow so far. Right at the end of my driveway. It was about two feet of snow because of the snow plow guy that left those huge burms. So I tried to pick up some speed and crash right thru it. Well I made it thru but it sent me completely sideways and trapped me in between my two fence posts at the end of the driveway haha.

Never got stuck but came close. My buddy got his nissan frontier stuck in mud while it just started to rain hard. Grabbed the RS and pulled him out before i could sink down any further.

I've only gotten stuck stratling a snowbank...
and yea Ice/snow in the wheels sucks...especially when the ice is evenly distributed around the wheel (i have mesh wheels) and it becomes uneven on the highway :O
