my hazards won't turn off. I pulled the fuse and their off now, but as soon as the fuse is in they're on again, why?

probably shorted somewhere. bust out the multimeter and chase some wires.

What's the car? The hazards in the newer Subies are connected to the CANBUS stuff.. could it be this:
Hey this happened to me a while ago while I was installing an aftermarket head unit. When you disconnect the battery in a Subaru you have to reset the cars computer or the hazard lights will continuously flash. First, put your keys in the ignition. Next, locate a small button down by your pedals on the left side. When you find it, hold it in for around 20 seconds and you will hear your doors lock and unlcok three times. This should fix your problem.

[edit.. on second thoughts, I've disconnected the LGT battery loads of times and this never happened, and I dunno what this 'small button' would be.. so.. maybe not]

NVM, stupid egt backlight was too tight and causing short. It's good now thanks though.
