Long time lurker, first time poster.

Hey, I've been enjoying this forum in silence for a while now, so I figured I should finally register and say hey. I have a silver 05 WRX wagon, got it a couple months ago. So far the only mods are a Kartboy short shifter, Perrin afta-maf tube and Rally Armor mudflaps. I have a few things sitting in my closet waiting to get put on, those being an Invidia up-pipe, Invidia catless downpipe, Perrin turbo inlet pipe, Kartboy shifter bushings, and a couple gauges. Also ordering the MadDad whisper catback this weekend. I had wanted a Subaru since I was 16, and finally got one (I'm 23 now, it took me a little while). My last couple of cars were a Ford Focus, and a SVT Focus. Finally went in the right direction though. I'm loving this car.

Though I dont have any really dirty pictures of it, I have some clean pictures from when I bought it, and in the last week a got a couple snowy pictures.

Those were taken on Thursday, where we got around 8-10 inches of fun.

And lastly, I took this one on my way to work at 6:30 this morning in storm number two...

It was alot worse to drive in than it looks...did stop at a parking lot on the way though and did some 6 a.m. doughnuts before work. Screw coffee right, I got a Subaru.

Thanks for the welcome guys. I love this forum. There's something about getting a Subaru dirty that's so much fun.
At first I was planning on making this car more of a street/autox car, but now after expieriencing sliding around and having fun, I'm considering a different direction.

Yeah, it really is addicting. i mean autox is fun and all but there is just so much more challenge on dirt. Gald you're not afraid to get into the loose stuff with us.

welcome to DI amazing wagon. have a question though i know its stupid but ive never lived in a snow state. does your work have a special garage that you parked in to take the pic of it thawing out before you drive?

Haha, no there's nothing special about it. It's got heat, but it doesnt work to well with the garage door open all the time to let cars in and out. It's just alot warmer inside the garage than outside, so I figured I could just run my car some to warm it up and let the snow melt off a little, without worrying about it getting stolen being outside while running.
