Just installed an oil catch can today, I am fairly sure I have it right but would be great if I had someone else back me up. Thanks!

I installed one on my legacy. The tubes were blue, so I guess you could say they are working! haha

Looks proper to me. How much crud does it collect after a week of use?

There is a lot of info on the internet regarding catch cans... A google search will get you more than enough reading, but what it boils down to is:

The crankcase and heads are sealed to the atmosphere. There are moving parts in both. Moving parts need oil. Moving parts can also cause an increase in pressure. This pressure needs to be vented out somehow. Most cars vent this out into the intake piping. This vented air can contain oil. This oil enters the combustion chamber. Burning oil isn't a good thing. Therefore, catching the oil before it enters the combustion chamber is a good thing. For this, you use an oil catch can.

Pretty nifty, eh?

Yeah, you might want to fix that. The studs are next to impossible to find. What I did was take a bolt with the same thread and tackweld it into the tophat. (I didn't break one, I just needed longer ones after I put spacers on.)
