Help - ID these heads

I have some heads that came with a VF11 turbo setup I bought. I need to know if they are Phase I or II.

I am pulling the cams out this week to have Delta regrind them and was going to stick them in the single port heads on my car IF they are Phase I.

they are deffinatly NOT 2.5 heads. they are probly 2.2, i never had a 2.2 apart so im not sure

Yeah, they were supposed to be from an EJ22T. Not sure of the year either. The guy got a car in trade that had the setup in it.
I only paid $150 for everything;
heads complete w/ valve covers,
complete intake w/ injectors and coil pack and lots of sensors,
turbo setup,
down pipe, up pipe, header,
ECU and A/T ECU.


ADD - they are supposed to be LGT Phase I, non roller rocker type.
