I was out and about killing some time at the SandBlast rally this past weekend. Although most think I am nuts, I was really only going 10mph and just giving it the gas for some spinning action. That is me driving, and my buddy used my D-SLR camera to take the pics*Sorry for the large pics*

Awesome pictures!!!! I love it!! how were the roads? I've never driven on sand before...that looks amazing.

btw I love your Forester

What camera did he use?

I definetly don't mind the large pictures... great for desktops!

Thanks! The roads were mostly packed or plowed smooth sand. So it was easy to punch the gas and get sidways. The camera is my Fujifilm S1 pro D-SLR camera with a 28-58mm lens. And if you want bigger pics, let me know, I have them in 3040 x 2016. We got lucky where the pics were taken the sand was deep and after a few runs it really tore up nicely. I would say it was about 1/2 foot deep. :)

Nice pics dude. I too, was there.

I was marshalling stages 2 & 7 all day, so didn't get out much.

I nearly got my Impreza wagon stuck, as I have STi springs on it. In my area, some places were an easy foot deep.

I hope not, but oh well, it is under warranty...since I have 2800 miles on it. Is that common if you go in the sand, change the wheel bearings after maybe 1hr in the sand?time to change the wheel bearings!
