Ahrgg... Where does this ground strap go???

While crawling around underneath my car this morning, tightening some stuff up before I go up north to see the family I found a ground strap that is disconnected, probably from when I replaced my clutch.

Does anybody know where it goes?

What is the other end connect to?

hrm, I probably just found my answer by checking that out (ner)... it goes directly to the battery, so I assume it should connect to the starter, now I just have to figure out how it mounts. :/

Looks like to me it mounts via a bolt. ;-)

You are welcome, once again Captain Obvious saves the day by pointing out the completely obvious. :shock:

It bolts to the transmission.
I couldn't figure out where that went either when I swapped out the motor.

See where it reaches, also look for a bolt with a head or a washer, the same size as the mark on the bracket ... the little tab should help you too ...

It goes with the upperrmost bolt on the starter where it mates to the tranny
