insurance help

a friend and i are setting up a rallyx course outside of Rapid City SD. we have generated a fair amount of interest with the local motorheads. we have a course set up and almost ready to run. but we are missing the largest, most important item, INSURANCE. any imput as to where to go? we have priced out at a local insurance firm, but the price was 3K A YEAR!!! a little spendy for us just starting out. if anyone has any imput as to where to go for a better price would be greatly appriciated

To be more specific, get ahold of this guy: http://www.dirtyimpreza.com/forums/member.php?u=645 - he's on the SCCA board and actually makes an effort to fulfill his duty to help new programs get started. He'll walk you though the process of getting the sanction and insurance set up. You'll then pay on a per-racer basis.
