So I won this new '08 Impreza down at the.. ahh.. street market, is that? Anyway, just wondering what my first mods should be. I'm thinking either snake-eye washers or an afterburner tailpipe, I totally have a hookup at a local tuner (AutoZone, they're pretty high end so you guys might not have heard of them).

I think you should look into some headlight fluid or some cross drilled brake lines... totally reduce the resistance in the brake lines.

But wait!! Don't stop there!
How about an engine oil bypass kit? It'll reduce the wear on your expensive synthetic oil by completely eliminating any flow to the engine! Those engines are mighty dirty, and would ruin your oil.

Oh man. Totally, I'll be installing all those mods as soon as I've ported the engine - I picked up a big bag of sand at lunch. I see on the eBay auction that the BOV sound is "MADE OF POLISH STAINLESS STEEL." which is awesome cos I know that they make good steel in Poland.

I heard putting the spolier in the front and back of the car is a good way to go.

just mount the spoiler though the hood.

So google is good at picking up words written in forums like this one. Can't wait till someone with a new 08 Impreza goolgle searches "2008 Impreza Mods" and finds this helpful thread. :D

2008 Impreza Mods. FTW!

Make sure to drill holes in the turbine blades to lighten to get more boost quicker.

Don't forget to change to synthetic blinker fluid also.

I think you should figure out a way to incorporate this into the chassis.

BTW don't diss Polish stainless steel. Everyone knows they make the best in the world. LOL

THIS COMPONENT ATTACH ON THE EXHAUST TIP AND MAKES COMPACT CAR, SUV AND TRUCKS.

How can you go wrong? You buy a $9.95 Turbo Blow Off Sound and it makes Compact Car, SUV, and Trucks? That sounds like a good plan to me. Forget the 2008 Impreza Mods.

Yeah, that guy wants to trade his sunflowers for my car, and his scrawny bird just won't stop grinning at me. I told him no way, I'd want at least an amaryllis for this car.

So.. yeah, Jon you musta had too much of that there culture in gay Paris :D that's an early 2000s Daewoo Lanos 5-door, it was kinda a joke on how the '08 Impreza hatch looks a bit like.. errr... a five year old Daewoo. I really only posted it cos I was tired of seeing "NO POSTS" in the board index for the GE/GH chassis forum, but then it took on a life of its own and now I'm seriously considering those x-drilled brake lines and a wing made out of solid Polish steel. I don't believe in blinker fluid though (the guy at Jiffy Lube said you can use brake fluid instead, just make sure it's DOT5 cos anything else makes them do that fast blinking thing).
