does this leave enough thread on the bolt for the nut to stay on to?

other side of the car shouldnt be a problem.

No clue what it is, but you will not have enough threads left if you decide to put a front strut tower bar on as is. Rule of thumb is at least 3-4 threads or it's no good. If you can remove that bracket however you'll be good.

Do you have keyless entry? I could have sworn that thing was the chime for when the doors lock and unlock.

I'm pretty sure you can just take it off and mount it somewhere else. Perhaps got to the hardware store and get some metal brackets of your own and have the nuts hold your new custom bracket down on top of the strut tower brace.

take it off and zip tie it to the strutbar and see if you car still does everything right.

Thats the alarm horn. I installed the factory accessory alarm on my car and thats what it came with. Its so you can't cut the horns out of the front of the car. Its also very loud. It should fit over a strut brace. It has little feet that let it sit over the strut nuts, you could bend them flat.

is that the one that always goes off or is that like a back up? and its also the thing that makes the beep right? if i did relocate it it wouldnt freak out on me or set off a back up alarm right? if i decide to get rid of it would that be really bad or could i just hook it up to my horn?

I relocated mine to a bolt that holds the cruise control unit on, though it seems your CC is in a diff place, just find a bolt that holds a bracket on near there and bolt the horn to that....
