i decided to try and find this one road that on google looked like it was just a big sand thing with a few bushes to slide around on. unfortunatly i couldnt find that road but i did take a random one i saw and we ened up finding a chevy pick up that was filiped over and completely burned. i though about taking the wheels off it cause it had been abandoned for a few years and it was obvious no one wanted it. but decided against it. then we kept on driving and found a GIANT sand bed. it was huge there was even a jump in it. we drove around that for a while then i got brave and hit about 50-60 in the sand... bad idea i slammed my bummper on the ground and almost poped out my spots for foglights. after fixing that and looking at the spot i hit i decided to do a few doughnuts. im not kidding the ruts i made were 6 inches deep. i know there was no way that if i didnt have awd that i would have been able to move after i stoped cause even starting out at 3k rpm and slowly letting out the clutch to smothly move from my spot the engine would start to bog and slow the car. my mud flaps scrapped the whole way. then after attemping a horrible side i decided to find some new territory. the sand would just slide you then all the sudden catch some grip and fling you the other way. it was kinda fun to use the accelerator to fling my car back and forth. then i found some thinner sand around trees and bushes and started to fling it around thoughs and circle around. right before we hit the main road again i found a little side trail. finally some hard gravel. i went flying though there on an atv sided trail zig zagging between bushes. it was great fun. i even brought my little sister along. sadly she isnt too good at taking video... or pics at that so dont have any videos for you and most of the pics are pretty terrible. the ones on the drive way i took and bassically all the stationary ones.
sorry i only have a crappy point shoot camera

Looks like you had fun. From the looks of that first pic you're lucky you didn't get stuck at all. Always remember to bring a tow strap and shovel when going out in sand like that.

haha it was just me my car and my sister. luckly there was random wood chucks out there that i could have tried to use as something to get traction on but it was some thick stuff. i do have to admit i was kind nervious but thankful my stock tires are kinda wide for a car and as much as it weighs. i never used my brakes though cause i knew that would dig a big rut and cause me to get stuck. sadly i would have been screwed though even if i had the tow rope cause i was far off the main highway and there was no one else out there. i saw a 4x4 go by when i was on the hard main trail but that was it and it was before i went out there.
