Hi, I'm starting a little project today. I'll post dimensioned drawings where applicable. :thumbsup:

Front mounting points. Might be better to attach an I beam to the frame to get the stress off of the rad. support...

Found another possible mounting point.

Might need to put weldnuts in these holes in the frame to secure the back. Any other ideas?

how thick is that sign? You should steal 2 more and get triple the protection.

Cut with a jigsaw & metal blade. Now time to make some holes.:cheers:

So which side are you leaving down? You may want to remove the heat shields on the headers to get more clearance between the skidplate.

I'll probably put the orange side down, not that it really matters. Someone mentioned that their diy plate makes it look like the underside of their car is glowing hot when it catches light.

Had to move some mounting holes around, but it's on the car now. I tested it out today and it works great. It needs to be bolted in the center as well. Something for tomorrow.

you should find a way to incorporate the rest of the sign some other way in to the car. gotta be green

id love to see some pics of your final mounting setup. Ive been looking into a DIY for this project as well.
