Gravel fun!

A group of us went East of Arlington, WA and drove teh Mountain Loop Highway. 15 miles of it is gravel, which turned out to be the boring part, cuz of all the Sunday drivers in their Kias and Lexus and the likes.

But, we did take some side roads and rallied around a bunch. The highlight of the day was a little rise in the road we found. We shut the road down below and above with other rides and used radios to call all clear. The cameramen were in safe locations. (end disclaimer) lol

I know this is an Impreza related forum, and I believe these cars are all related to the impreza. hehe

Yeah, stock suspension. The landings were pretty soft, one of the rear tires rubs on something once and a while, including the landings. Couldn't find any shiny spots to tell me just where though.

I miss it. But I don't. . . My wife has the twin to it, a mostly stock 96 OBS. She said go ahead and put the suspension and wheels and tires on it if I wanted. But the other one had a perfect power 6 from Rallitek on it and it had more poop to push the big tires. The stock 2.2 is kinda too gutless. Hers anyways. I have my Brat that's lifted and my 85 solid axle efi Toyota lifted on 33s for gnarlier stuff.

I love the Brats, I love the snow.
My Brat will make it to the next outing, which is the annual Xmas tree run on the 2nd of December. Should be deep snow pics for that one.
