need help on a rally light bar and skid plate

i want to make my own! i have a road sign to make a skid plate has anyone did this and if so can u get some pics or how you did it? and for a rally bar whats a good way to make one and mounting? thanks

I havn't made a light bar yet but I have done the road sign skid plate. It was a lot of cutting then test fitting the cutting some more. Heres mine
