View Full Version : You asked for it, you got it.
My new impreza needed to get dirty said the masses when I introduced it. So I borrowed a set of beater rally tires and ran it for time only in the second half of the day. Got the second fastest time of the day, behind my fastest time in the Red car. I'd like to show more of my silver wagon in action, but my buddy took crappy shots. I took some of him, they were much better. lol
Here's some.

The red car. My partner took 1rst over all, M4, I took second with it in M4. We dyno'd it last weekend, pretty gnarly for a normally aspirated 2.5 swap.

Good to see the new wagon gettin some!

I dunno. Just basic rally wheels, maybe enkei? sp? I call them the "caliper grinders" cuz they even rub on the L brakes. Just for a few minutes, maybe a lap, then it's all better.
It was fun to get it dirty. The pic of the wheel/bumper is the only one I took after running it. The one of it sitting with the wheels on was taken while waiting for the first group to finish.

The white wheels are the Team Dynamics, probably 15X6.5 if they hit on the calipers..15x7 clears them. Had the same problem with mine clearing over my recce car's calipers. ('90 Leg)
Nice pics though, looks like Wild Wet, I mean Wild West from '06..:D Also, props on the new ride, it's looking sweet.
