Has anyone damaged a lower arm bar?

The lower arm bars (like the V1 and V2 h-bar from cusco) seem to hang pretty low.

I have one of those s204 Yamaha dampers in the V1 position which I take off every time I rallyx. I'm considering selling it and getting a more permanent solution... the h-bar.

Has anyone damaged one of these things doing rallyx/offroad? Does it hang just too low?

yes, I have damaged mine on the recce car.

No, they do not hang down too low. If you go over rough enough stuff you will damage anything under there.

I had a Cusco H-brace bar under my car forever and while the pretty blue powder coating got ripped off, it never took any major damage, even with all the rally crossing I did.

now, i took it off for stage rally, but that's different.

In fact, i still have it...if you want it, i'll sell it to you cheap. Like...how about $40?
