Finally I found a forum with some subi offroaders in the Western US.
Hi, My name is Vincent and I'm from Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
I love imprezas but i needed something with a little more capicity.
I drive an '03 subi baja with a few mods and toys :D :
1000ish watt 10 speaker detachable stereo that i have to remove my back seat to install
interior blaklights and strobe lights on remote
washer leds on remote
adapted floor mat leds
700 watts of extra lights attached directly to my bumper
weapon r intake(fixing it after busting it off roading
and a few other minor things.
I'm a second year college student at Cal Poly Pomona.
I have plans for quite a few more offroad mods but with work and school money is tight.
my car has some battle scars but most of them i were able to fix myself.
If any of you are in socal and want to go for a "drive" let me know. but if your'e afraid of a little (or a lot) of damage you could always stay on the dirt roads. There are some awesome riverbeds and washes in the Anza Borrego desert that you dont need a lot of ground clearance for.
Have fun and, well, just have fun!!!!!!!
