Saggy butt spacers

where can i find them or do i has to make them? ive looked google and ebay but the only thing i find is the "washer mod" for 04+... im lookin for an inch to 1.5 lift in the rear (heavy tool box + some larger friends:lol2:) thanks

I've got Jackson Rally spacers +1in and Paranoid Fabrication 1/2in spacers. Works perfectly. It will be around $300 for both.
