Hey guys and gals,
I really wanted to get my journal going, but don't have access to my pictures right now. Hopefully later on tonight or tomorrow I will get my pictures from "Day 1" up until till now. I know, I know.... EPIC Fail! Lol! I will try and keep this up to date, but knowing me.... I won't.
Here's a little background on me and my love for Subaru's.
It all started back in the mid 90's (I was like 7 or 8 ), and my family was looking to get my mom a new car. We had stopped at a Subaru dealer and looked at an all black Legacy Outback, it had full leather, heated seats, and twin sun-roofs. Pretty sweet! In the showroom they had a Pearl Blue Impreza with Gold wheels and I fell in love with it, and said that I would own one someday. Well I have had (2) WRX's now. My first was a PSM 2002 "Bugeye", it was my first break into Subaru's but needed help. After almost 2 years, I traded it in on my current, 2006 SGM WRX Sedan. I absolutely love this car. It's better in everyway than my old car, except this one has less mods. It won't stay that way for long.
I purchased my new WRX on January 31st, 2009, during the time of the credit crunch and the economic downfall. I bought the car for just over $16K with 37K miles on the clock. The dealer tried screwing me on the price and i walked away and told him don't bother calling me unless you plan to get me my price. The next morning guess who called?, the dealer, and he got me the price i wanted. So obviously it mine now and there is no end insight for what's instore for it over the next few years. As of now it is my DD, and i have put a redicuous amount of miles on it.
I feel bad putting so many miles on it, but that's what it was made to do... to drive. It's gone with me to (2) Rally America events (Spectated) and I have entered in (2) Rally-X events here in MI, and plan to complete the rest of the season. After it is relieved from DD status my plans are to make it a track/rally car. Nothing too crazy but i want to rally/road race the car and have a lot of fun. But for now the car is simple and fun.

- Rally Armor "UR" mud flaps black w/ red lettering
- Semi-gloss black center console trim
- Cobb 5-speed shift knob
- Invidia V2 "Catless" DP
- Invidia "Race" N1 cat-back
- Stage 2 tune by Me
- 04' STi inverted struts
- RCE "Yellow" springs
- Custom aluminum light mount (Took 10mins to build)
- Hella 500FF driving lights
Awaiting Instillation:
- Exedy Stage 1 clutch kit
- ACT streetlite flywheel
- Gates "Racing" timing belt kit w/ water pump, idlers, and tensioner
- NGK iridium plugs (one-step colder)
