I know you guys must be getting tired of answering questions about how to do this and that to WRX's, so I'll try to make this short.
Right now I am driving a slammed bugeye on very stiff coilovers. I am looking for some stock wrx struts and springs to put back on for a more comfortable ride and so I will be able to once again go out to all of the windy Alabama dirt roads and have some off-road fun. I have no intention of tracking the car anyways so a stiff suspension like mine is not really necessary.
So, onto my question: I want a lot of wheel gap and travel. My plan right now is pick up some stock struts and springs and put a Jackson lift on them. What can I do spring-wise to soften up the ride and maybe give me a little bit more travel on stock struts?
