I found a set of 07 FXT springs/struts/top hats and was wondering if it'll work on my bugeye.
I've read on here about WRXs using forester setups but IIC they were all sedans. Will it my bugeye be able to use the 07 setup or should I find a different year forester? If the 07 will not work, what years should I look for?
Will I run into the same alignment issues that the sedans have using forester suspension?
Thanks for all the help.

thanks for the link. I've been following that thread but he's using 04 forester suspension on a sedan.

You won't have any problems bolting the 07 Forester parts to your bugeye. It's just like the gent in the other thread installing 04 parts. You should be good to go with the 07 parts.
I'm assuming that you have a wagon also. If that is the case, then yes, you'll run into the same alignment issues that the sedan guys do. Ty swears by stock AND aftermarket camber bolts up front to address this issue, and he probably races his car more than most on this thread. Other options to address the camber issue include camber plates, sedan control arms, and WL ComC plates. If you're trying to save money, an extra set of camber bolts up front properly installed will get you where you need to be.
....tons of good info to be gleaned from all of these threads....keep reading. Also, check out the Forester forum site....lots of good Forester handling info there that can be referenced when thinking about lifting your Impreza.
